Sandy Jamieson
Oxford-educated engineer with 35+ years of corporate finance experience at Libertas Capital, Dawnay Day, AIB Capital Markets, Morgan Grenfell and Hambros Bank. Joined Cairn in 2014, focused particularly on engineering, healthcare and mining sectors, advising UK and international companies on flotations, secondary fundraisings and M&A.

Qualified as a solicitor at Herbert Smith in 2000, then joined the Corporate Broking department of Charterhouse Securities. At Dowgate Capital Advisers from 2003 he led a range of AIM transactions. Co-founded Cairn in 2009 and advises a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors.

Ryan Long
Ryan is a widely respected junior mining commentator and investor. He is currently Managing Director of Junior Mining Insights, a mining and exploration-focused newsletter. He also owns Mining and Metals Research Corporation, a UK-based consultancy that provides research and advisory services to the mining and exploration industry. The company also has a portfolio of junior mining investments with companies listed on the TSX-V exchange, CSE and the AIM. Ryan has over 18 years of experience in the mining and exploration sector. He has a strong technical background in geology, having worked on exploration and mining stage projects with leading mining companies such as Barrick Gold, Anglo American, and Xstrata. He also has extensive knowledge and expertise in equity research analysis, having previously held roles with Edison Group and Northland Capital Partners. Ryan has published multiple scientific papers in international journals, holds a PhD in Economic Geology, and is a fellow of the Geological Society of London.

Former Head of Mining Research at James Capel, with extensive open-pit experience in iron ore, bauxite, asbestos and gemstones across North and South America and South Africa. Dr Robin Campbell
40 years' experience in pharma and biotech across large companies, start-ups and sector-focused investment banks - covering R&D, international strategic marketing, market access and business development. Has brought companies to AIM, the Main Market and other international exchanges and chaired Hemogenyx PLC through its 2017 LSE listing.
